Our story:
Founded in 2017 by Guillaume Rigallaud, Bizon today has 80 employees and €20 million in revenue. In 2022, the company was acquired by Publicis with the aim of deploying Bizon in its subsidiaries to make it a global leader. In less than 24 months, Bizon became the fastest-growing Publicis France agency and opened its first offices in London and Milan.

Mission
Business & Commercial Leadership
. Lead and execute a vision that will ensure the success of Bizon.
. Develop the most effective structure to ensure an agile, profitable business for the future.
. Be responsible for the UK P&L and drive year-on-year revenue and margin growth.
. Work closely with the leadership team including the Global CEO , the Head of sales and the International Team lead, based in Paris on a solid and achievable budget commitment and deliver an annual budget.
New Business
. Design and ensure a strong prospecting plan– identify targets with an engagement action plan.
. Ensure a strong conversion of new business with new UK and international clients.
. Collaborate closely with Publicis's commerce team and leverage the broader Publicis network to enhance lead generation and maximize revenue.
Growth & Client Retention
. Ensure the strategic business plans result in maximum client satisfaction and organic revenue growth.
. Create and implement immaculate services for Bizon clients.
Managing People & Culture
. Motivate and inspire a strong and successful team united behind a common goal.
. Attract, in close cooperation with the Talent Team, fresh talent to achieve our vision and ambition in the market.
. Based on Bizon DNA, drive an engaging, innovative and high-performing culture in the market.
The two strategic development phases.
Phase 1: The Launch
. Offer Adaptation: Customize our offer to align with the needs and expectations of UK customers, while remaining faithful to the company’s vision and standards.
. Strategic Planning: Develop a detailed launch plan, including setting short and medium-term goals, initial budget, and market entry strategies.
. Establishing Foundations: Implement necessary operational processes and appropriate tools.
. Build and develop the team in the UK by recruiting local talent ready to join the venture and ensure the commercial development of Bizon in the UK (Business Developer, SDR, Account Manager).
Phase 2: The Management of Bizon UK
. Commercial Leadership: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospect identification to closing.
. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and possible Publicis synergies to strengthen Bizon’s position in the UK market.
. Post-Sale Service: Ensure smooth post-sale service to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
. Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the Bizon France and Publicis marketing teams to launch targeted marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and develop the customer portfolio in the UK.
. Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize commercial and marketing actions continuously.
Profil
Profile Sought:
Significant Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a commercial and/or Marketplace manager position, preferably in an Amazon environment.
Entrepreneurial Leadership: Proven leadership with a strategic vision and a proven ability to develop a business or a Business Unit.
Industry and Geographic Expertise: Interest and strong understanding of Amazon, deep knowledge of the specifics of the UK market.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with and influence high-level interlocutors, establish strategic partnerships, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Technological Proficiency: Comfortable with digital tools and multi-channel communication for agile and responsive management.
English: Native level.
